BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICIES
The following policies have been put in place to ensure all internal processes are efficiently executed resulting in the most positive experience for all of my clients.
BOOKING:
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY & CLIENTS ONLY (NO guests or kids). Book each service individually so that I can block off the proper amount of time for you. Please keep in mind I do ask for a card on file for any services to be scheduled. This card will simply hold your reservation and will not be used, unless one of the following cancellation, late arrival, or no call no show policies has been broken.
Cancellations/Reschedules:
If you need to cancel or reschedule services, I ask that you do so 24 hours in advance of your originally scheduled service. If cancelling less than 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled service, I will process a cancellation fee totaling 50% of the price of said service.
Late Arrival:
If you are running late, please notify me so that I can make the necessary accommodations. There will be no fee for late arrivals up to 10 minutes. If late more than 10 minutes and I still have time to take you, there will be a $10 fee on top of your service fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late may receive a shorter service to allow me to be on time for the next appointment, or may need to be rebooked altogether.
No Show:
No-show appointments will be charged the full service price. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full pre-payment before booking.
Fills:
1 week fills are between 2-7 days. 2 week fills are between 8-14 days. 3 week fills are between 15-21 days. After 21 days, it will be considered a full set. I do NOT accept foreign fills. If you have lashes from your previous set, please book a removal with your full set.
LASH EXTENSION CLIENTS ONLY:
As a courtesy, if you have any issues 24 hours after your appointment please reach out and I will get your issue resolved. After 24 hours, it is up to you to book a fill to get the issue resolved. By booking this appointment, you authorize this business to charge your card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your appointment without proper notification.
Gift Cards:
All gift cards purchased from the Skin By Selma square site will be honored for one year from purchase date. Your gift card is a dollar amount, and not for any one specific service. In the case of price increases please be prepared to pay the remaining amount with cash, check, or card. You will need to bring the gift card(s) with you to your service, or other forms of payment will need to be made.
Return Policy:
· There are no refunds on services rendered.
· There are no refunds on gift cards and no cash back on unused portions.
